摘　　要：目的:使用PASS系统对本院门诊钙调磷酸酶抑制剂不合理用药情况进行分析,并对PASS系统提出改进建议。方法:收集本院2019年4月至2020年6月门诊钙调磷酸酶抑制剂处方,归纳和分析不合理处方问题类型的分布情况。结果:钙调磷酸酶抑制剂处方共21869张,不合理处方1082张,主要为重复用药、剂量范围、药物禁忌症、相互作用。结论:PASS系统可在一定程度上监测不合理处方,提高临床合理用药水平,但是PASS系统尚存在一些缺点,需要不断改进完善,提高适用性。Objective:To investigate and analyze the prescriptions of calcineurin inhibitors for outpatient by the PASS system and put forward improvement measures.Methods:Outpatient prescriptions of calcineurin inhibitors in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2020 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results:A total of 21869 prescriptions of calcineurin inhibitors were examined.Unreasonable prescriptions appeared in the aspects of repeated drug use,dose range,drug contraindications and drug interactions.Conclusion:PASS can efficiently monitor the unreasonable prescriptions while further improvements are necessary.
