摘 要:文中的目标是研究真空中火花老炼对电极表面状况的影响。通过比较真空间隙火花老炼前后电极的表面状况,分别研究了Cu和SUS304两种电极的老炼过程对于电极表面状况的影响。同时在实验回路中加入限流电阻,研究老炼过程中不同击穿能量对于电极表面状况的影响规律。实验结果表明了针对Cu电极的真空间隙,火花老炼后电极的表面状况与老炼过程中的击穿能量有关,与电极表面的初始粗糙度无关。击穿能量越小,电极表面越平滑。因此,较小的击穿能量能将真空间隙的绝缘强度老炼得更高,而具有不同初始粗糙度的真空间隙在火花老炼后的绝缘强度差别不大。针对SUS304电极真空间隙,当电极表面的初始粗糙度越大,老炼区域越大,真空间隙的绝缘强度更高。同时,老炼过程中较大的击穿能量能扩大老炼区域,提高真空间隙的绝缘强度。The objective of this paper is to investigate the influence of spark conditioning on the surface condition of the rod-plane electrodes in vacuum.By comparing the condition of the electrode surface before and after the spark conditioning,the influence of the conditioning process of Cu and SUS304 electrodes on the surface conditions of the electrode is studied respectively.At the same time,A current-limiting resistor is added to the experimental circuit to study the influence law of different breakdown energy on the electrode surface condition.It is revealed by the experimental results that for the vacuum gap of Cu electrode,the surface condition of the electrode after spark conditioning is not related to the electrode initial roughness but to the breakdown energy in the conditioning process.The smaller the breakdown energy is,the smoother the electrode surface is.Thus,the smaller breakdown energy could improve the dielectric strength of the vacuum gap higher,while the difference of dielectric strength of the vacuum gap with different initial roughness after the spark conditioning is nearly the same.For the vacuum gap of SUS304 electrode,the larger the initial roughness of the electrode is,the larger the conditioned area is and the higher the dielectric strength is.At the same time,the larger breakdown energy could enlarge the conditioned area and improve the dielectric strength of the vacuum gap.
