摘  要:为了查明220 kV断路器CT20-Ⅲ型弹簧操作机构合后即分的原因,文中对故障断路器开展现场检查、机构试验验证、机构解体检查,研究结果表明:机构合闸速度偏高和复位弹簧疲劳,引起合闸保持掣子和分闸掣子弹跳幅度增大,导致断路器出现合后即分;同时,该型断路器合闸保持分闸脱扣系统设计不合理,合闸保持需2处锁扣同时建立,合闸保持掣子和分闸掣子易受合闸速度影响出现合后即分。最后结合断路器故障原因提出改进措施,提高设备安全可靠运行水平。In order to find out the reason of instant opening after closing of type CT20-Ⅲspring operating mechanism for 220 kV circuit breaker,in this paper the faulty circuit breaker is checked at site,the operating mechanism is tested and verified,disassembled and checked.It is shown by the study result that reason of instant opening after closing of the circuit breaker is due to higher closing speed and fatigue of resetting spring of the operating mechanism,causing significant bounce increase of both closing and tripping holding latch.At the same time,the design of the closing holding and opening tripping system of the circuit breaker is unreasonable and the locking at two places shall be established simultaneously for the closing holding.Both the closing and tripping holding latches are susceptible to the closing speed,causing the instant opening after closing.Finally,the improvement measures are proposed combined with the reasons for the failure of the circuit breaker so to improve the safe and reliable operation level of the equipment.
