越野轮胎起重机智能视频监控系统的研究

摘　　要：以越野轮胎起重机为研究对象,对整车摄像头进行全方位布局,并智能控制监控画面的显示和切换。通过PLC控制器收集当前车身信息,进行智能判断,得到当前需要显示的画面命令,将该命令通过CAN总线发送给视频监控屏幕进行显示;也可根据需要支持多路视频同时显示;若未接收到任何视频命令,默认支持多媒体娱乐显示。相比传统模式,该智能控制系统能根据实际需求切换视频画面,将越野轮胎起重机的监控系统从局部监控升级到整体监控,为降低机手误操作、提高整车的安全系数提供了理论设计依据和基础。Taking rough terrain tyre crane as the research object,the whole vehicle cameras are arranged in an all-around way,and display and switching of surveillance screen are intelligently controlled.Through PLC controller,current body information is collected,intelligent judgement is made,screen command to be displayed currently is obtained,and the command is sent through CAN bus to the video surveillance screen for display.It can also support multi-channel video display at the same time.If no video command is received,multimedia entertainment display is supported by default.Compared with traditional mode,the intelligent control system can switch video screen according to actual demand and upgrade surveillance system of rough terrain tyre crane from local surveillance to overall surveillance,which provides a theoretical design basis and foundation for reducing operator misoperation and improving safety factor of the whole vehicle.
