摘 要:基于Workbench/Transient Structural有限元软件建立了薄壁深沟球轴承(61856)柔性接触分析模型,并对其进行瞬态动力学特性分析,探讨角速度、载荷及结构参数等变量对滚动体运转状况、外圈弹性变形区、滚动体与内外圈最大接触负荷分布情况等的影响规律。结果表明:轴承在承受瞬时载荷直至稳定运转的过程中,保持架和滚动体之间首先发生滑动摩擦,后期才由滑动摩擦转为滚动摩擦;最大应力值及弹性变形出现位置随着时间发生改变,并非固定在径向力的作用线处,且随着速度及动载荷的增大,保持架会发生较大偏移和变形;最大接触压力随着薄壁深沟球轴承滚动体数目的增多或壁厚的减小呈现下降趋势,受力承载区域明显增大。柔性模型计算结果与试验测试结果基本吻合,表明瞬态动力学分析结果可作为预测薄壁轴承力学性能及失效形式的参考依据。Based on Workbench/Transient Structural finite element software,a flexible contact analysis model of thin-walled deep groove ball bearing(61856)is established,and its transient dynamic characteristics are analyzed.The influence law of angular velocity,load and structural parameters on operation status of rolling element,elastic deformation area of outer ring,maximum contact load distribution between rolling element and inner and outer rings is discussed.The results show that,when the bearing is subjected to instantaneous load until stable operation,sliding friction between cage and rolling element occurs first and then turns to rolling friction.The maximum stress value and the position of elastic deformation change with time,and it is not fixed at the action line of radial force.With the increase of velocity and dynamic load,the cage will have large deviation and deformation.The maximum contact pressure decreases with the increase of number of rolling elements or the decrease of wall thickness,and the bearing area increases significantly.The calculation results of the flexible model are basically consistent with the test results,indicating that the transient dynamic analysis results can be used as a reference for predicting the mechanical properties and failure modes of thinwalled bearings.
