摘  要:针对滑移装载机满载低速举升时,铲斗液压缸剧烈抖动的问题,对其所采用的W型调平阀的工作原理进行分析,认为故障现象主要与铲斗液压缸有杆腔回油流量和阻尼孔的规格有关。对阻尼孔规格进行匹配计算,并给出计算方法和过程。此外,提出采用Y型调平阀的解决方案,并介绍Y型调平阀的结构组成及调平原理。In view of problem that hydraulic cylinder of bucket shakes violently when the skid-steer loader is fully loaded and lifting at low speed,the working principle of W-type leveling valve is analyzed.It is considered that the fault phenomenon is mainly related to oil return flow of bucket hydraulic cylinder rod cavity and specification of orifice.The matching calculation of orifice specification is carried out,and the calculation method and process are given.In addition,the solution of adopting Ytype leveling valve is proposed,and the structure composition and leveling principle of Y-type leveling valve are introduced.
