摘 要:系杆拱桥吊杆锚固区应力分析在拱桥设计过程中是非常重要的节点,需要利用有限元分析软件在桥梁整体模型的基础上构建精度更高的局部模型进行分析。现以单跨125 m的简支下承式钢箱系杆拱桥为研究对象,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,选取合适的荷载和边界条件,建立了吊杆在钢结构纵梁锚固区的局部模型,进行受力分析。计算结果显示,吊杆力通过各钢构件迅速扩散,吊杆锚固区整体刚度较大,板件有效应力和弹性稳定系数满足规范要求,吊杆锚固区构造设计安全、合理。Stress analysis of the anchorage zone of the bowstring arch bridge is a very important procedure in the analysis process of the arch bridge.It is necessary to establish a more accurate finite element model based on the whole model of bridge.Taking a 125 m long-span simplesupported through steel-box bowstring arch bridge as an example,appropriate load and boundary were selected to establish a local model of the suspender in the anchorage zone of the longitudinal steel structure beam by the method of large-scale general finite element software ANSYS.The analysis results showed that the force of suspender spread rapidly through the steel components.The rigidity of the anchorage zone was large.The Von-Mises’stress and elastic stability coefficient of the anchorage zone meet the requirements of the specification.Therefore,the design of steel anchorage zone is safe and reasonable.
