交通部公路定额与上海市政定额对比分析——以上海市某二级公路城镇段拓宽改建工程为例

摘　　要：公路工程与市政工程作为两个非常相近的行业,有很多相同的专业领域。为了解和掌握两种定额的造价水平,现以上海市某二级公路城镇段拓宽改建工程为例,分别采用交通部公路工程定额体系、上海市政工程定额体系,来编制道路工程、桥梁工程、护岸工程、绿化工程、交通工程及沿线设施的施工图预算,并进行对比,分析同一工程采用两种定额计价体系编制建筑安装工程费的差异,使项目建设的各方(建设单位、设计单位、施工企业)对公路工程和市政工程的造价水平有一个比较全面的了解。As two very similar industries,highway engineering and municipal engineering include many same areas of expertise.In order to understand the cost levels of two corresponding quotas,this paper took the broadening and reconstruction project of a second-class road section in Shanghai as an example.By using the highway engineering quota system of the Ministry of Transportation as well as Shanghai municipal engineering,construction drawing budget of road engineering,bridge engineering,revetment engineering,greening engineering,traffic engineering and facilities were complied,and the difference between the construction and installation engineering costs of the same project were analyzed.So that all parties involved in the project construction(owners,design units,construction enterprises)can have a more comprehensive understanding of the cost levels of highway engineering as well as municipal engineering.
