摘  要:针对化工园区应急能力评估现状,从化工园区应急管理过程出发构建化工园区应急能力评价指标体系,引入云重心评价法,建立基于云重心评价法的化工园区应急能力评估模型,运用加权偏离度衡量化工园区应急能力,解决定性概念与定量值之间的转换问题,用算例验证模型的有效性,为化工园区应急能力评估提供一种新方法。This paper makes a study of the emergency capability evaluation of chemical parks.Firstly,from the process of emergency management in chemical industry parks,an evaluation index system of emergency capability in chemical industry parks is formed.Then,aiming at the problems of fuzziness and randomness in the process of evaluating the emergency capability of chemical industry parks,and the transformation of uncertainty between qualitative and quantitative evaluation,the evaluation model of the emergency capability of chemical industry parks is constructed by using MCGC.The practicality and operability of the model are illustrated by the YH Chemical Industrial Park.The problem of transformation between qualitative concepts and their quantitative values has been solved in this study,and certain reference value for the evaluation of emergency response capability of chemical parks has been made.
