摘 要:基于1989-2019年的75篇国内外田口方法研究文献,对田口方法在经济实践中的应用进行了归纳,发现田口方法的线下质量控制包括系统设计、参数设计和容差设计3个阶段,聚焦于设计优化和工艺优化两方面,针对这两个方面总结田口方法的质量控制实践,证明田口方法具有高度适用性和优越性,是一种可以增强产品稳健性、实现低成本高效益的优化设计和工艺的方法,应用前景广泛。此外,尽管田口方法可以实现质量和效益的统一,但仍具有一定局限,需要与其他方法结合使用予以补充。Based on 75 domestic and foreign Taguchi method research literatures from 1989 to 2019,the paper summarizes the application of Taguchi method in economic practice.It was found that the Taguchi method’s offline quality control includes three stages:system design,parameter design and tolerance design.Focusing on the two aspects of design optimization and process optimization,this paper summarizes the quality control practice of Taguchi method from the two aspects,and proves that Taguchi method has high applicability and superiority.It is a method of optimizing design and process that can enhance product robustness and achieve low cost and high efficiency,and has a wide application prospect.In addition,although Taguchi method can achieve the unity of quality and benefit,it still has some limitations and needs to be combined with other methods to supplement.
