摘 要:为合理设计肋板外保温结构2层保温材料的厚度,采用稳态热平衡理论计算初步确定厚度方案,采用Abaqus软件对外保温结构进行仿真分析,结果认为规则部位内保温层与外保温层之间的界面温度满足工程要求,验证理论计算的合理性。保温层圆角过渡部位内保温层与外保温层之间界面温度不满足设计要求,采用Abaqus优化模块对局部尺寸进行优化计算,确定该部位2层保温材料的厚度分布,得到满足设计要求的外保温层厚度组合。根据优化方案制作试件并进行试验测试,结果满足工程应用要求。To reasonably design the thickness of two layers of the thermal insulation material for the external thermal insulation of the ribbed plate structure,the thickness scheme is preliminarily determined by the steady-state heat balance calculation.The external insulation structure is simulated by Abaqus,and the results show that the temperature of the interface between the inner and outer insulation layer in regular parts meets the engineering requirements,which can verify the rationality of the calculation theory.The temperature of the interface between the inner and outer insulation layer at the corner transition part of the insulation layer does not meet the design requirements.The local size is optimized by Abaqus optimization module,and then the thickness of the two layers of the thermal insulation material at the corner is determined.The thickness combination of the external thermal insulation layer is obtained,which meets the design requirements.According to the optimized scheme,the specimens are made and tested,and the results meet the requirements of engineering applications.
