摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对肾乏脂性血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(AMLmf)与肾嫌色细胞癌(CRCC)的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析手术病理证实的24例AMLmf与25例CRCC的临床资料,对生长方式、最大径、"冰淇淋蛋筒征"、假包膜、囊变、坏死、钙化、纤维瘢痕、粗大血管、强化程度、强化方式等CT征象进行差异性分析。结果两组间年龄、生长方式、最大径、"冰淇淋蛋筒征"、假包膜、钙化、纤维瘢痕、粗大血管差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间性别、囊变、坏死、强化程度、强化方式差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者的年龄、肿瘤的生长方式、最大径、"冰淇淋蛋筒征"、假包膜、钙化、纤维瘢痕、粗大的血管对于AMLmf与CRCC的鉴别具有重要的价值。Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis between the angiomyolipoma with minimal fat(AML-mf) and chromophobe renal cell carcinoma(CRCC) by MSCT. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data, growthpattern, maximumdiameter, "Ice-cream cone sign",pseudocapsule, cysticdegeneration, necrosis, calcification, fibrousscar, large blood vessel, enhancement degree and pattern, between the 24 patients with AML-mf and 25 patients with CRCC,which were confirmed by pathology. Results There were statistical differences between the two groups in age, growthpattern, maximumdiameter, "ice-cream cone sign",pseudocapsule, calcification, fibrousscar, and large blood vessel(P<0.05);While, there were no statistical differences in gender, cysticdegeneration, necrosis, enhancement degree and pattern between the two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion MSCT has important value for differentiating CRCC from AML-MF with their age, tumor’s growth pattern, maximumdiameter, "Ice-cream cone sign",pseudocapsule, calcification, fibrousscar, and large blood vessel.
