摘 要:本文介绍了双指示剂方法在奶粉中氯化物含量测定上的应用,考察了该方法的准确性和重复性指标。实验结果表明,双指示剂银量法与GB 5009.44-2016《食品中氯化物的测定》中银量法和电位滴定法之间没有显著性差异,测定奶粉标准物质的测定值均在标准参考值范围内。双指示剂银量法操作简单,终点灵敏,易于判断滴定终点且结果精确。This paper introduces the application of dual-indicator method in the determination of chloride content in milk powder, and investigates the accuracy and repeatability of the method. The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between the dual-indicator argentimetry and the argentimetry and potentiometric titration method in Chinese Standard GB 5009.44(2016) Determination of chlorides in food. The measured values of the milk powder standard substances were all within the standard reference value range. The dual-indicator argentimetry has the advantages of simple operation, sensitive end point, easy judgment of titration end point and accurate results.
