摘  要:2017年—2019年每年4月—10月,利用诱虫灯在渤海新区进行吸血蠓诱集,共采集吸血蠓8911只,经形态学鉴定,计1属8种,均为库蠓属Culicoides。其中,发现一新种命名为黄骅库蠓Culicoides(Avaritia)huanghuaensis An, Shi et Liu sp. nov.,2个河北省新记录分别为肩宏库蠓C. humeralis和新替库蠓C. newsteadi,优势种为原野库蠓C.homotomus和北京库蠓C. morisitai。7场所灯诱蠓总指数为32.52只/灯,其中鸡舍最高(42.34只/灯)。目前渤海新区黄骅港已成为全国最大进境屠宰牛口岸,而库蠓已被证实是蓝舌病的主要传播媒介,该研究摸清了渤海新区库蠓种群组成,对于预防蓝舌病的传入具有一定的指导意义。From April to October during the period from 2017 to 2019, blood-sucking midges were collected in the territory of blood-sucking midges in Bohai New Area by trap lamps. A total of 8911 blood-sucking midges under one genus and 8 species were collected in Bohai New Area based on the morphological identification. They all belonged to Culicoides, among which a new species Culicoides huanghuaensis An, Shi et Liu sp. nov. was reported. In addition, C. humeralis and C. newsteadi were newly recorded in Hebei. The predominant species were found to be C. morisitai and C. morisitai. The total index of hematophagus midges captured by light traps was 32.52/lamp in seven locations, of which the highest index was in henhouses(42.34/lamp). At present, the port of Huanghua in Bohai New Area has become the largest port where entry cattle are slaughtered in China. Moreover, Culicoides has been proved to be the main transmission vector of bluetongue disease. This study has found out the population composition of Culicoides in Bohai New Area. Thus it has certain guiding significance to prevent the introduction of bluetongue disease.
