摘　　要：了解蜂胶及自制中药组合物对甲状腺囊肿的综合疗效。临床上已了解自制中药组合物具有较好的抗甲状腺囊肿作用。但目前蜂胶对甲状腺囊肿的疗效还了解甚少,为此,本文开展蜂胶及其中药组合物对实验鼠甲状腺囊肿模型影响的研究。研究表明,蜂胶和自制中药组合物对实验鼠甲状腺囊肿治疗有协同作用,蜂胶在不影响FT4合成的情况下,可促进FT3合成,蜂胶在达到一定浓度后,才促使TSH明显下降,减小甲状腺囊肿。蜂胶和自制中药组合物一起对甲状腺囊肿起到协同治疗作用。This study is intended to investigate the comprehensive anti-goiter effect of propolis and the self-made traditional Chinese medicine composition. It is known that the self-made traditional Chinese medicine composition has a great anti-goiter effect. At present, the curative effect of propolis on goiter is still poorly understood. Thus, this paper has conducted a study on the effects of propolis and its traditional Chinese medicine composition on experimental goiter of mice. The results showed that propolis and self-made traditional Chinese medicine had synergistic effect on the treatment of goiter of experimental mice. Propolis could promote the synthesis of FT3 without affecting the synthesis of FT4. When propolis reached a certain concentration, it could significantly reduce TSH and goiter. Therefore, propolis and the self-made traditional Chinese medicine could play a synergistic role in the treatment of goiter.
