寻常型银屑病血浆中CGRP1、VIP水平与PASI评分的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究不同严重程度的寻常型银屑病患者外周血中降钙基因相关肽(CGRP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)表达情况及其与银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)的关系。方法选取2018年1月-12月于承德医学院附属医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者60例作为研究对象,根据PASI评分将患者分为PV1组(PASI评分<10分)、PV2组(PASI评分10-20分)、PV3组(PASI评分20-30分),另收集同期本院健康体检者20名作为对照组。比较四组血浆中CGRP1和VIP水平,分析PV患者血浆中CGRP1及VIP与PASI评分的相关性。结果四组血浆CGRP1及VIP表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中PV3组>PV2组>PV1组>对照组;但PV1组与对照组血浆CGRP1、VIP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PV2组与PV3组血浆VIP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示,PV患者血浆CGRP1与PASI呈正相关(r=0.7093,P=0.0001),血浆VIP与PASI无相关性(r=0.2289,P=0.7850)。结论寻常型银屑病患者血浆CGRP1与PASI评分密切相关,可作为辅助评价寻常性银屑病严重程度的相对客观的实验室指标。Objective To study the expression of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris of different severity and their relationship with the area and severity index(PASI)of psoriasis relationship.Methods 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated or hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the PASI score,patients are divided into PV1 group(PASI score<10 points),PV2 group(PASI score 10-20 points),PV3 group(PASI score 20-30 points).In addition,20 healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were collected as a control group.The plasma levels of CGRP1 and VIP in the four groups were compared,and the correlation between CGRP1 and VIP in the plasma of PV patients and the PASI score was analyzed.Results The plasma CGRP1 and VIP expression levels of the four groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,PV3 group>PV2 group>PV1 group>control group;However,there was no significant difference in plasma CGRP1 and VIP between the PV1 group and the control group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in plasma VIP between the PV2 group and the PV3 group(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that plasma CGRP1 in patients with PV was positively correlated with PASI(r=0.7093,P=0.0001),and there was no correlation between plasma VIP and PASI(r=0.2289,P=0.7850).Conclusion Plasma CGRP1 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris is closely related to the PASI score,and can be used as a relatively objective laboratory indicator to assist in evaluating the severity of psoriasis vulgaris.
