摘  要:为分析乐单族人群,明确用户群体在使用冰箱过程中的诉求,构建小众人群概率抽样RDS与Kano模型集成创新研究法。首先,引入被访者驱动抽样法RDS定位乐单族人群属性,确定被访者为目标用户乐单族。其次,运用Kano模型调查问卷、评估表与调查结果对照表,获取用户需求类别与各质量要素。最后在此模型上确定可变参数k值的范围,得出用户需求重要度。通过为乐单族人群设计的智能单人冰箱为例,综合被访者驱动抽样法RDS与Kano模型集成优势,初步验证了运用该集成创新法研究小众人群及其用户需求的可行性,为智能单人冰箱设计提供依据,也为同类课题研究提供设计参考。In order to analyze the Lebanese population and clarify the demands of the user groups in the use of refrigerators,an innovative research method integrating RDS and Kano model of probability sampling for niche populations was constructed.First of all,the RDS is introduced to locate the Ledan population attribute,and the respondent is determined as the target user Ledan.Second,use the Kano model questionnaire,evaluation form,and survey result comparison table to obtain user demand categories and various quality factors.Finally,the range of variable parameter k is determined on this model,and the importance of user needs is obtained.Taking the intelligent single-person refrigerator designed for the Lebanese population as an example,and integrating the advantages of the RDS and Kano model integration of the respondent-driven sampling method,it preliminarily verifies the feasibility of using the integrated innovation method to study the needs of minority groups and their users.It provides a basis for the design of the intelligent single-person refrigerator,and also provides a design reference for the research of similar subjects.
