摘　　要：从异地工厂产业链协作中的开发、设计和制造的网络化协同出发,基于异地工厂互联网络,提出了一种空调压缩机产业链网络化协同模式。分析了异地工厂产业链网络化协同的需求,调研了网络化协同的挑战和协同设计与制造的研究进展,阐述了基于异地工厂互联的产业链网络化协同的模块化架构,并使用节能空调压缩机异地工厂产业链作为案例进行了进一步论述。This paper discusses on the networked collaboration of development,design and manufacturing in the cooperation of industrial chains of geographically distributed factories.Based on the interconnected network of the factories,this paper proposes a networked collaborative model of the industrial chain of air-conditioning compressors.This paper analyzes the needs of networked collaboration in the industrial chain of geographically distributed factories,investigates the challenges of networked collaboration and the research progress of collaborative design and manufacturing,and expounds the modular architecture of the industrial chain networked collaboration based on the interconnection of remote factories,and uses the industrial chain of energy-saving air conditioning compressors as a case.
