摘 要:页岩气作为一种非常规油气资源,实践证明,做好井身结构设计与优化,是保障页岩气规模效益开发的基础。在进行页岩气井井身结构设计时,除了满足基本设计要求、后期大规模压裂要求之外,还需要充分考虑区域地质特征。根据页岩气开发的施工工艺特点,以长宁区块为例,开展了页岩气井身结构设计与优化技术研究。分析了页岩气井身结构设计的原则和需要考虑的因素,以满足压裂改造和完井配产为基础,综合考虑地质特点,设计了长宁区块井身结构方案。在实践过程中,为满足表层环保钻井需要,利用井漏统计分析方法和电法岩溶勘察方法,形成井身结构优化方案,并推广应用400余井次,为长宁页岩气绿色规模效益开发提供有力支撑。As an unconventional oil and gas resource,shale gas has proven to be the basis for ensuring the development of shale gas on a large scale and benefiting from well-bore structure design and optimization.When designing the wellbore structure of a shale gas well,in addition to meeting the basic design requirements and later large-scale fracturing requirements,it is also necessary to fully consider the regional geological characteristics,as well as the drilling speed increase and wellbore integrity requirements.According to the construction technology characteristics of shale gas development,this paper takes Changning block as an example to carry out shale gas well structure design and optimization technology research.Analyzed the principles of shale gas well structure design and factors to be considered,and comprehensively considered the geological characteristics,designed the well structure plan of the Changning block.In the course of practice,in order to meet the needs of environmentally-friendly drilling on the surface,a well structure optimization study was carried out,using lost circulation statistical analysis methods and electrical karst investigation methods to form a well structure optimization plan,and popularized and applied more than 400 wells,providing strong support for the green scale benefit development of Changning shale gas.
