摘 要:以外层套管为φ339.72 mm×13.06 mm P110和内层套管φ244.48 mm×11.99 mm TLM140、中间环空为水泥环的双层组合套管为研究对象,通过有限元模拟方法研究了水泥弹性模量及不同固井工况因素如水泥环偏心、水泥环缺失、混浆流动和水泥环破碎分布对双层组合套管的抗外挤强度性影响规律。模拟计算结果表明,双层组合套管的抗外挤强度比单内层套管的抗外挤强度提高了167.3%,为单内层套管抗外挤强度的2.673倍;双层组合套管的抗外挤强度与水泥环的弹性模量为非线性关系,双层组合套管的抗外挤强度在水泥环的弹性模量在0~2GPa时增加迅速,水泥环的弹性模量为2~36 GPa时增加较缓慢;双层组合套管抗外挤强度影响最大的固井工况因素为水泥环缺失,最大下降率为71.55%;其次为混浆流动、水泥环破碎工况因素,下降率为33.72%;水泥环偏心因素影响最小,下降率为5.26%。In this paper,the double-layered composite casing with outer casing of φ339.72 mm × 13.06 mm P110 and inner casing of φ244.48 mm × 11.99 mm TLM140 and with a cement sheath in the middle annulus is taken as the research object.The influence of cement elastic modulus and the factors under different cementing conditions,such as the cement sheath eccentric,cement sheath absence,slurry mixing flow and cement sheath breaking distribution on the anti-extrusion strength of double-layered casing was studied by finite element simulation method.The simulation results show that: the collapse strength of double-layered casing is 167.3% higher than that of single inner casing,which is 2.673 times of that of single inner casing.The relationship between the increase of collapse strength and the elastic modulus of cement sheath is nonlinear.The collapse strength of double-layered casing increases rapidly when the elastic modulus of cement sheath is 0~ 2 GPa,while the elastic modulus of cement sheath is 2 ~ 36 GPa it increases slowly.The most important factor affecting the collapse strength of double-layered casing is the absence of cement sheath in cementing condition,with a decrease rate of 71.55%.The second factor is the slurry mixing flow and cement sheath breaking condition,with a decrease rate of 33.72%.The third factor is the eccentricity of cement sheath,with a decrease rate of 5.26%.
