摘 要:塔里木油田库车前陆盆地KS10气藏为层状断背斜型干气气藏,具有储层致密、储层巨厚、地层压力高、温度高、非均质性强、天然裂缝发育程度不一等特点。为了应对该气藏地表及地下极其复杂的地质条件,油田创新性地采用盐下大斜度井开发理念,成功避开储层上部两个断层完成钻探。面对大斜度井井身结构及苛刻的储层条件,该气藏储层改造存在均匀改造难度大、近井摩阻大、砂堵风险高、施工压力高等诸多难点,针对以上难点,文章主要介绍了库车山前主体改造工艺优选模板,基于远探测声波及常规测井解释优化了射孔井段,提出了实现均匀改造的最佳方式,研究了降低井口施工压力及砂堵风险的方法,优化了完井管柱及工具配置,同时提出了现场施工质量控制关键点,进而初步探索出了一套适用于库车山前大斜度井的"机械分层+软分层"的储层改造工艺及其配套技术,并在KS10-X井成功应用,为油田后期大斜度井改造工艺选择及优化提供了宝贵经验。Keshen 10 gas reservoir belongs to the layered faulted anticline type dry gas reservoir in Kuqa foreland basin,Tarim Oilfield.The gas reservoir is characterized by tight,thick,high pressure and high temperature,strongly heterogeneous,different development degree of the natural fracture.Meanwhile,in order to deal with the extremely complex geological conditions on the surface and underground of the gas reservoir,the oilfield company innovatively adopted the development concept of highly deviated well under salt layer so as to successfully avoid the two faults in the upper part of the reservoir.Highly deviated wellbore structures and harsh reservoir conditions has resulted in many difficulties in reservoir stimulation,such as hard to achieve homogeneous stimulation,large friction resistance,high risk of sand plugging,and high construction pressure.In view of the above difficulties,this paper mainly introduced the optimization method of stimulation technology in Kuqa foreland basin,the perforation interval was optimized based on logging interpretation,the best method to realize homogeneous stimulation was put forward,the methods to reduce the wellhead construction pressure and sand plugging risk were studied,the configuration of completion tubing and tools were optimized,and the key points of on-site construction quality control were put forward.As a result,a set of reservoir stimulation technology of " mechanical stratification and soft stratification" and supporting technology has been preliminarily explored,and successfully applied in Well Keshen 10-X,which provides valuable experience for the selection and optimization of stimulation technology in highly-deviated well in the future.
