摘 要:由于角二段储层具有提液增油的潜力,南海西部油田决定对涠洲11-1油田A8S2井进行换大泵作业。但该油田属于无修井机海上平台,传统钻井船修井模式具有“两高、一慢、一难”等特点。针对如何解决无修井机平台以较低经济成本快速完成修井作业的问题,提出了液压举升装置修井新模式。通过对225K液压举升装置的可行性评估,主要包括风载计算、绷绳锚点布局、隔水导管腐蚀检测、隔水导管和防喷器组承载力校核等,论证了在作业工况下其整体强度满足现场安全要求。A8S2井先导性试验结果表明,除去天气和铳孔作业的影响,作业时效将会比计划提前2.37d,与钻井船修井模式相比节省费用682.21万元,累计增油预计达到0.98×10^(4)m^(3)。研究认为,通过液压举升装置修井新模式能够以低成本迅速解决油水井动管柱作业,为同类无修井机海上平台及时恢复故障井生产、降本增效等提供了借鉴。Because the reservoir of J_(Ⅱ) has the potential to increase fluid and increase oil,the South China Sea West Company decided to change the large pump operation for Well A8S2.However,the oil field belongs to the offshore platform without workover rigs,and the traditional workover model of drilling rigs has the characteristics of"two highs,one slow and one difficult".Aiming at how to solve the problem of rapid completion of workover operation at low economic cost without workover rig platform,a new workover mode of hydraulic lifting device is proposed.The applicability assessment of the 225K hydraulic lifting device mainly includes wind load calculation,lanyard anchor point layout,riser corrosion detection,riser conduit load-bearing capacity and check of BOP bearing capacity,etc.Under operating conditions,its overall strength meets site safety requirements.Pilot test was conducted on Well A8S2.The application showed that the removal of weather and blunt hole operations would result in an on-site operation time limit of 2.37 days ahead of schedule.Compared with the drilling ship workover mode,the cost can be reduced by 6.821 million yuan.The cumulative oil increase is expected to reach 0.98 × 104 m3.The research believes that the new workover mode of hydraulic lifting device can quickly solve the operation of wells at low cost.This study provides a reference for the similar offshore platforms without workover rigs to resume the production of faulted wells in time,reduce costs and increase efficiency.
