摘　　要：针对大提花复合墙布织物纹样玲珑细致,但是仅适合于大提花织机织造,限制了其应用范围的问题,对一款市售大提花复合墙布的表层面料进行分析,在不改变纹样轮廓的基础上将大提花改进成小提花,并对小提花面料的规格和织造工艺要点进行设计。通过对大提花复合墙布进行分析和改进设计,可以使复合墙布具有大提花的精美图案,同时降低生产成本,有利于纺织企业挖掘现有设备潜力,提高产品织造的适应性。The jacquard composite wall covering fabric has exquisite and delicate patterns,but it is only suitable for the weaving of jacquard looms,which restricts textile companies from developing wall covering products and accepting foreign trade orders on the basis of existing equipment.The surface fabric of a commercially available jacquard composite wall cloth is analyzed,and the jacquard is improved into a small jacquard without changing the pattern outline,and the specifications and weaving process highlights of the small jacquard fabric are designed.By analyzing and improving the design of jacquard composite wall coverings,the composite wall coverings could have exquisite jacquard patterns while production costs could be reduced,helping textile enterprises tap the potential of existing equipment and improving the adaptability of product weaving.
