摘 要:采用双层组织结构设计凉爽导湿面料,内层经纱采用凉爽纤维(锌玉纤维)和竹纤维混纺纱,纬纱采用凉爽纤维(锌玉纤维)和麻纤维混纺纱。内层面料的触感温度低,有持久的凉爽感;外层面料由天丝纤维和中空涤纶混纺交织而成,外层面料的平均回潮率大于内层,能吸收内层汗水,增加面料的导湿排汗功能。通过工艺优化,使用合理的织物组织、经纬密度和混纺比,进一步提升了面料的导湿排汗功能。The double layer structure is used to design the cool moisture guiding fabric,the inner warp is made of the mixture of cool fiber( zinc jade fiber) and bamboo fiber,while the weft is made of cool fiber( zinc jade fiber) and hemp fiber. The tactility temperature of the inner fabric is low,giving a long-lasting cool feeling. The outer fabric is made of Tencel fiber mixed with hollow polyester fiber.The average moisture regain rate of the outer fabric is higher than that of the inner fabric,which could absorb the sweat of the inner layer,thus increasing function of the inner layer of the moisture conductivity and sweat exhaust. Through the optimization of the technology,the moisture and sweat wicking function of the fabric is further improved by using the reasonable fabric structure,warp and weft density and blending ratio.
