摘　　要：设计与生产了一种艾草黏胶纤维/棉混纺牛津纺色织格子布。简述了艾草黏胶纤维的性能特点,介绍了产品风格、织物规格及经纬纱配色方法,重点对纱线漂染、整经、浆纱与织造工序的工艺与技术措施进行阐述。生产实践表明:所设计产品坯布织造效率达92%,下机一等品率达87%,入库一等品率达99%。经第三方检测,产品完全符合客户要求。A kind of wormwood fiber/cotton blended yarn Oxford yarn-dyed plaid fabric is designed and produced. The properties of wormwood fiber are briefly described. The product design contents such as product style,fabric specification and color matching of warp and weft yarn are introduced in detail. The main processes in production,such as yarn bleaching and dyeing,warping,sizing and weaving,are described in detail. Production practice shows that the weaving efficiency of grey fabric can reach 92%,the first-class weaving rate can reach87% and the first-class weaving rate can reach 99%. The products are tested by the third party and can fully meet the requirements of the customers.
