摘　　要：科研平台具有支撑科技创新、学科建设、人才培养和社会服务的作用。西部地区非中心城市本科高校在科研平台建设中存在主动服务意识不强,难以满足区域经济社会发展需求;高层次人才缺乏,团队建设基础不牢;经费投入不足,管理机制不健全;资源整合度不高,科技成果转化率低;教研分离,育人功能发挥不明显等问题。西部地区非中心城市本科高校科研平台建设应坚持需求导向,强化科研平台规划设计;坚持问题导向,强化科研平台团队建设;坚持规则导向,强化科研平台科学管理;坚持创新导向,强化科研平台成果转化;坚持育人导向,强化科教、产教融合。Scientific research platform can support scientific and technological innovation,discipline construction,personnel training and social services.There are some problems in the construction of scientific research platform in universities of non-center cities of Western China,such as weak sense of active service and difficulty to meet the needs of regional economic and social development,lack of high-level talents and weak foundation of team building,lack of funds and imperfect management mechanism,low degree of resource integration and low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and separation of teaching and research and inapparent function of education.In the construction of scientific research platform in universities of non-center cities of Western China,we should adhere to the demand orientation and strengthen the planning and design of scientific research platform;adhere to the problem orientation and strengthen the team construction of scientific research platform,adhere to the rule orientation and strengthen the scientific management of scientific research platform,adhere to the innovation orientation and strengthen the achievement transformation of scientific research platform,adhere to the education orientation and strengthen the integration of science,education,industry and education.
