贫困地区居民对旅游扶贫满意度评价实证研究

摘　　要：基于多维贫困理论,构建贫困地区居民对旅游扶贫满意度评价指标体系,运用探索性因子分析方法和结构方程模型,从地区经济发展、个人能力发展、居民思想进步、居住条件改善和生态环境破坏5个方面,对旅游扶贫试验区阜平县居民旅游扶贫满意度进行定量评价。研究发现:(1)地区经济发展、个人能力发展、居民思想进步与旅游扶贫满意度之间存在正向关系,生态环境破坏与满意度之间存在负向关系。其中,居民思想进步对居民旅游扶贫满意度感知影响最大,其次为生态环境破坏、个人能力发展和地区经济发展,而居住条件改善对居民旅游扶贫满意度感知较弱。(2)居民旅游扶贫满意度对旅游参与度有显著正向影响。居民积极参与乡村旅游,是促进乡村转型发展和实现乡村振兴的重要路径选择。研究揭示出,必须将解放居民的思想作为关键的扶贫内容,真正让贫困群众有参与感、成就感、尊严感。同时,要加强政策扶持,建立人才培养机制,提升当地居民脱贫致富的能力。Based on the multi-dimensional poverty theory,this paper constructs the evaluation factors of rural residents’satisfaction from the perspectives of tourism poverty alleviation.Employing the exploratory factor analysis method and the structural equation model,and taking Fuping County as an reseach area,this paper carries out the quantitative evaluation of rural residents’satisfaction with tourism poverty alleviation from five aspects:regional economic development,personal ability improvement,residents’ideological progress,the improvement of living condition and ecological environment destruction.The results indicates that:1)Regional economic development,personal ability improvement,residents’ideological progress are positively correlated with resident’s satisfaction,while ecological environment destruction shows a negative correlation with resident’s satisfaction.Residents ideological concepts has the greatest influence on satisfaction of tourism poverty alleviation,followed by ecological environment destruction,personal ability improvement and regional economic development,while the improvement of living conditions is less impact on residents’tourism poverty alleviation satisfaction.2)Residents’satisfaction of tourism poverty alleviation has a positive impact on residents’participation in tourism.Residents’active participation in rural tourism is an important path to promote rural transformation and rural revitalization.The study reveals that emancipating the residents’mind must be the key part of poverty alleviation content,so that the poor people have a sense of participation,accomplishment and dignity.It puts forward some suggestions to shake off poverty and become rich,such as strengthening policy support,establishing a talent training mechanism and enhancing the ability of local residents.
