摘　　要：文章根据装配式建筑预制构件生产基地建设概况,在预制构件生产基地建设模式评价指标五大基本原则的基础上,结合相关文献研究和实际调研,从市场、资金、土地、技术、设备及管理等方面进行分析研究,建立了装配式建筑预制构件生产基地建设模式评价指标,为后续构建评价模型研究奠定基础。The article is based on the general situation of the construction of prefabricated component production bases in prefabricated buildings,based on the five basic principles of prefabricated component production base construction model evaluation indicators,combined with relevant literature research and actual research,from market,capital,land,technology,equipment and management.Established the evaluation indicators for the construction mode of prefabricated component production bases for prefabricated buildings,which lay the foundation for subsequent research on the construction of evaluation models.
