摘  要:FELiChEM光强测量系统用于测量IRFEL的宏脉冲,该系统包括光路设计.热释电探测器及电子学、衰减器等。对测量系统进行了离线和在线测试,离线测试和仿真分析表明热释电探测器电压灵敏度可调,最高为25V/W,带寬能够满足不同测量需求,可测量亚μs到μs量级上升沿的脉冲波形;在线测试结果与CAEPTHz装置的低温锗掺镓探测器测试结果相似。两个测试结果说明设计的光强测量系统可以满足将来FELiChEM装置饱和出光后的测量需求。The laser intensity measurement system of the FELiChEM is used to measure the mac-ro-pulse of the IRFEL.The system includes designing of the optical path,pyroelectric detectors and clectronics and attenuators.Measurement system has been tested offline and online respec-tively.The offline test and simulation results show that the pyroelectric detector has adjustable voltage responsivity(up to 25 V/W)and bandwidth to meet different measurement and test requirements(the sub-μs to μs rising edge of the pulse can be measured).The online test results are similar to the low temperature Ge:Ga detector in the CAEP THz FEL facility.Two test results indicate that the laser intensity measurement system can meet the measurement requirements of the FELiChEM facility after saturation.
