摘 要:首先主要介绍了激光切割技术的基本原理,重点阐述了激光汽化切割、激光熔化切割、激光氧气切割和激光划片与控制断裂的应用范围。然后从激光切割机器人和激光切割材料厚度两个方面总结了激光切割技术的国内外研究现状。再从冷、热方式对比和几种热方式对比两个方面分析了激光切割技术在核退役领域的优势特点,并对YAG激光器、CO_(2)激光器、光纤激光器的特点进行了对比分析。最后提出了未来激光切割技术在核退役领域的发展方向。Firstly,the basic principle of laser cutting technology is introduced,and the application range of laser vaporization cutting,laser melting cutting,laser oxygen cutting and laser dicing and control fracture are emphatically expounded.Then,the research status of laser cutting technology at home and abroad is summarized from two aspects:laser cutting robot and laser cutting material thickness.In addition,the advantages of laser cutting technology in the field of nuclear decommissioning are analyzed from two aspects:the comparison of cold and hot methods and the comparison of several hot cutting methods.And the characteristics of YAG laser,CO_(2) laser and fiber laser are compared and analyzed.Finally,the development direction of laser cutting technology in the field of nuclear decommissioning is proposed.
