摘  要:以19个树莓品种为试材,采用超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术,定性定量分析了树莓果实中的非花色苷酚类物质,以期为寒地树莓新品种的选育提供技术指导,为寒地树莓的栽培生产及应用提供参考依据。结果表明:树莓果实中共鉴定出31种非花色苷酚类化合物,不同树莓品种果实中非花色苷酚含量为24.75~154.06μg·g^(-1);黄烷-3-醇、黄酮醇和黄烷酮对树莓非花色苷酚的组成起重要作用;19个品种可聚为2类,第1类树莓果实中非花色苷酚的种类较多且相对含量较高,第2类树莓果实中非花色苷酚的种类较少且相对含量较低。19 raspberry cultivars were used as experimental materials.The non-anthocyanin phenolics in raspberry fruits was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem spectrometry.In order to provide the technical reference for the breeding of new cultivars of raspberry in cold-climate regions and provide a reference for the cultivation and application of raspberries in cold-climate regions.The results showed that total of 31 non-anthocyanin phenolic compounds were identified in raspberry fruits.The content of non-anthocyanin phenolics in different raspberry cultivars was 24.75-154.06μg·g^(-1).Flavan-3-ols,flavonols and flavanones played an important role in the composition of non-anthocyanin phenolics in raspberries.The 19 cultivars were divided into two categories.The first kind of raspberry cultivars had more kinds of nonanthocyanin phenolics and relatively high content.The second kind of raspberry cultivars had fewer kinds of non-anthocyanin phenolics and relatively low content.
