摘  要:目的探究血尿酸水平在高血压冠状动脉病变的评估及冠心病防治中的意义。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月本院收治的66例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照影像学结果分为单纯高血压组(n=32)与合并冠心病组(n=34),比较两组血尿酸水平(SUA)、空腹血糖及舒张压和收缩压、TG、TC指标及Gensini积分。结果两组SUA、空腹血糖及舒张压和收缩压、TG/TC指标、3级和4级Gensini积分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平对于高血压合并冠心病的患者冠状动脉病变评估效果显著,可提高临床诊断效率。Objective To explore the significance of serum uric acid level in the assessment of hypertensive coronary artery disease and the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 66 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the imaging results,they were divided into simple hypertension group(n=32)and combined coronary heart disease group(n=34).The levels of serum uric acid(SUA),fasting blood glucose,diastolic and systolic blood pressure,TG,TC indicators and Gensini scores were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in SUA,fasting blood glucose,diastolic and systolic blood pressure,TG/TC indexes,grade 3 and 4 Gensini scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum uric acid level has significant effect in the evaluation of coronary artery disease in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,and can improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis.
