微创弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微创弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折的疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2019年8月于本院接受治疗的93例股骨干骨折患儿,依据盲抽法分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=47)。对照组予以切开复位锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗,观察组予以微创弹性髓内钉内固定术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、术后恢复指标及疼痛程度。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下地行走时间、疼痛缓解时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创弹性髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干骨折患儿效果显著,可有效缩短患者术后恢复时间,降低疼痛程度。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nailing on femoral shaft fracture in children.Methods 93 patients with femoral shaft fracture treated in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019,and they were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=47)according to the blind drawing method.The control group was treated with open reduction and locking compression plate internal fixation,the observation group was treated with minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nailing,the clinical efficacy,postoperative recovery index and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the walking time,pain relief time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nailing is effective in treating children with femoral shaft fracture,can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce pain.
