摘　　要：目的探究肺功能检查在体检人群中的意义。方法选取2019年2月至2020年1月在本科实施肺功能检查的2388例体检人群,统计分析所有研究对象的检测结果。结果不同职业人群通气障碍发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄段人群通气障碍发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄段不同程度的限制性通气障碍发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺功能检查是检测体检人群健康的关键依据,通过应用性能较高的仪器,能促使体检人群积极配合,从而发展为检测工作的重点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the significance of pulmonary function examination in physical examination population.Methods From February 2019 to January 2020,2388 people who had lung function examination in our department were selected for statistical analysis.Results There was significant difference in the incidence of ventilatory disorders among different occupational groups(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the incidence of ventilatory disorders among different age groups(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the incidence ofdifferent degrees of restrictive ventilatory disorders among different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary function examination is the key basis for testing the health of the physical examination population.Through the application of high-performance instruments,it can promote the active cooperation of the physical examination population,thus developing into the focus of testing work,and it is worthy of clinical application.
