摘 要:装配式整体式混凝土结构在吊装主次梁预制构件时,先吊装梁体甩出的节点锚固钢筋与后吊装梁体的节点钢筋,在吊装过程中会产生相互干涉或碰撞,从而影响后吊装梁体的下降就位,降低施工效率。针对这一问题,文章首先运用TRIZ理论问题识别阶段的工具树形图理清问题,并分析问题的最终理想解,然后运用矛盾分析这一问题解决工具产生初步方案。最后对初步方案进行评价,筛选出最终解决方案,为提高主次梁吊装效率提供了有益参考,促进装配式混凝土建筑的推广应用。When the prefabricated components of primary and secondary beams are hoisted,the joint anchor bars thrown out of the beam body and the joint reinforcement of the later hoisting beam body will interfere with each other or collide during the hoisting process,thus affecting the lowering of the hoisting beam body and reducing the construction efficiency.To solve this problem,first,the problem is cleared by using the tool tree graph in the TRIZ theory problem identification stage and the final ideal solution of the problem is analyzed.Then,the solution tool of contradiction analysis is used to produce the preliminary solution.Finally,the preliminary scheme is evaluated and the final solution is selected,which provides a useful reference for improving the hoisting efficiency of primary and secondary beams and promoting the popularization and application of assembly concrete building.
