摘　　要：采用系统布置法对某甲醇深加工项目进行了分析和布置,首先介绍了系统布置设计的流程,再分析了甲醇深加工工艺流程,然后根据生产工艺装置和SLP方法,进行物流和非物流关系分析,再根据工厂实际场地约束条件对规划方案进行修正和调整,形成最终的总平面布置图方案。The paper analyzes and arranges a methanol deep processing project by using the system layout method.Firstly,it introduces the process of system layout design,then analyzes the process flow of methanol deep processing,then analyzes the relationship between logistics and non logistics according to the production process unit and SLP method,and then modifies and adjusts the planning scheme according to the actual site constraints of the factory,form the final general layout plan.
