摘　　要：文章针对震源药柱智能化车间数据采集平台功能及其操作,采用理论结合实践的方法,先分析了此平台的主要功能,接着探讨了智能化车间数据采集平台的操作要点。分析结果表明,在中国社会经济高速发展的背景下,基础建设种类愈发多样化,对震源药柱提出了更高的要求,和其他产品相比,震源药柱生产过程对每个细节的把控都有严格要求,采用智能化车间数据采集平台可实现震源药柱的自动化、智能化生产,在保证生产质量和效率的基础上,对现场生产的各项数据进行采集分析,不断累积生产经验,实现持续健康的发展。In view of the function and operation of the data acquisition platform in the intelligent workshop of the source medicine column,this paper first analyzes the main functions of the platform by combining theory with practice,and then discusses the operation points of the intelligent workshop data acquisition platform.The results show that under the background of the rapid development of social economy in China,the types of infrastructure are becoming more and more diversified,and higher requirements are put forward for the source medicine column.Compared with other products,the production process of the source medicine column has strict requirements for every detail control.The automatic and intelligent production of the source medicine column can be realized by using the intelligent workshop data acquisition platform,which ensures the production quality and efficiency.On the basis of this,collect and analyze the data of field production,accumulate production experience and realize sustainable and healthy development.
