摘　　要：液混式膨化硝铵与原工艺技术比较,进一步提高了硝酸铵与油相材料混合的均匀性,经过设备混合、挤压、冷却再添加木粉,从而制得高性能膨化硝铵炸药。基于膨化工艺的技术优势,韶华公司与南京理工大学联合研制了一套液混式膨化硝铵炸药制备的工艺设备以及配套的监控系统,现就对该设备的炸药制备及生产监控展开论述,并结合成品检验和实地调查,了解此种工艺所生产的炸药爆破效果。Compared with the original technology,the mixture uniformity of ammonium nitrate and oil material is further improved,and the high performance expanded ammonium nitrate explosive is prepared by mixing,extruding,cooling and adding wood powder.Based on the technical advantages of the expansion process,Shaohua Company and Nanjing University of Technology jointly developed a set of explosive preparation and monitoring system for liquid mixed expanded ammonium nitrate explosive process equipment.The explosive preparation and production monitoring of the equipment are discussed.Combined with finished product inspection and field investigation,the blasting effect of explosive produced by this process is understood.
