摘  要:封隔器是保障塔河油田高压油气井井筒完整性的重要完井工具。但部分井在坐封封隔器后出现验封异常现象。文章对套管液压封隔器坐封的影响因素进行理论研究,坐封期间鼓胀效应和活塞效应起主导作用。研究表明,坐封球座的剪切销钉值设定越高,击落球座瞬间封隔器失封的概率越大;封隔器至坐封球座间的油管长度具有减震作用,适当增加油管长度可以抵消击落球座瞬间回弹力,降低失封风险。Packer is an important completion tool for ensuring wellbore integrity of high pressure oil and gas wells in Tahe oilfield.But some wells have abnormal seal inspection after setting packer.In this paper,the influence factors of setting of casing hydraulic packer are studied theoretically.The bulging effect and piston effect play a leading role during setting.The results show that the higher the setting value of shear pin,the probability of the packer breaking off the packer immediately after hitting the ball seat is greater,and the length of tubing between the packer and the setting ball seat has a damping effect,increasing the length of tubing properly can counteract the instant rebound force and reduce the risk of loss of sealing.
