摘  要:文章介绍了火炬气回收气压缩机重要控制设计方案,阐述压缩机的逻辑实现。通过对火炬气回收压缩运行状况从工艺、设备和仪表自控等多角度进行分析研究,结合火炬排放装置的生产特点、压缩机实际运行参数和机组运行中出现的问题,并多次与设计公司及生产厂家进行沟通交流,细致分析、反复论证,提出可行性方案,优化和改造火炬气压缩机操作条件,对控制系统的改造和优化,保证了压缩机的连续、安全、可靠地运行,方便了操作,取得了良好的经济效益。This paper introduces the important control design of flare gas recovery gas compressor,and expounds the logic realization of compressor.Through the analysis and research on the operation of flare gas recovery and compression performance from multiple perspectives such as technology,equipment and instrument control analysis,combining with the characteristics of the torch discharge device production,compressor operation parameters and the problems in the operation of the unit,and repeatedly communicate with design companies and manufacturers to communicate,careful analysis and repeated proof,the feasibility scheme is put forward,and the operation conditions of the torch gas compressor are optimized and improved.The transformation and optimization of the control system ensure the continuous,safe and reliable operation of the compressor,and facilitate the operation.And good economic benefits are obtained.
