摘  要:文章以沸石为填充层吸附处理废水,研究流态化反应器的利用率和水处理的稳定性,探究反应器的水力运行条件,优化了气液固三相反应器的参数选择和反应区设计。本研究表明,当进水流量为15 mL/min,沸石填充区高度195 mm,曝气量20 mL/s时,三相流态化反应器可达到良好的运行状态和处理效率。In this paper,zeolite was used as the packing layer for adsorption treatment of wastewater,the utilization rate of fluidized reactor and the stability of water treatment were studied,the hydraulic operation conditions of the reactor were explored,and the parameters selection and reaction zone design of gas-liquid-solid three-phase reactor were optimized.The results show that when the influent flow rate is 15 mL/min,the height of zeolite filling zone is 195 mm,and the aeration rate is 20 mL/s,the three-phase fluidized reactor can achieve good operation state and treatment efficiency.
