摘　　要：中沙石化乙烯装置急冷油/稀释蒸汽再沸器EA154共六台,为浮头式换热器。2018年7月28日EA154急冷油侧前后温差开始逐渐降低,影响系统正常运转。经排查发现多台有不同程度的泄漏,逐台切出检修后恢复。2019年3月至2020年6月逐台更换管束。EA154特护运行。The QO/DS reboiler EA154 in SSTPC ET plant has six sets,which are floating head heat exchangers.On July 28,2018,the temperature difference between the front and back of the EA154 QO side began to decrease gradually,affecting the normal operation of the system.After investigation,it is found that several sets have different degrees of leakage,and they are cut out one by one and restored after maintenance.The tubes were replaced one by one from March 2019 to June 2020.EA154 special care operation.
