摘 要:以实验鼓泡流化床气化炉为模拟对象,采用多相粒子单元法(MP-PIC)对煤气化反应进行数值模拟,并对煤气化反应模型进行了可行性验证。结果表明:模拟值与实验值吻合,证明了模拟的准确性。研究了气-固流型、煤气组分和反应速率的分布情况;以气化效率和碳转化率等为气化指标,探究了氧气煤比、蒸汽煤比和煤粉粒径对煤气化指标的影响。基于正交实验结果,用响应曲面法探究多因素影响气化效率的规律,得到了最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明,各因素影响权重从大到小依次为:氧气煤比煤粉粒径和蒸汽煤比。响应曲面法得到的最优工艺条件:氧气煤比为0.474、蒸汽煤比为0.376、煤粉粒径为3.055 mm,此时最大气化效率为0.707。Taking a experimental bubbling fluidized bed gasifier as the simulation object,the numerical simulation of coal gasification reaction was carried out by multiphase particle element method.And the simulation value was consistent with the experimental data,which proved the accuracy of the simulation.The gas-solid flow pattern,gas composition and reaction rate distribution were studied.The effects of the mass ratio of oxygen to coal,the mass ratio of steam to coal and the particle diameter of coal on the gasification index were investigated taking the gasification efficiency and carbon conversion as the gasification indexes.Based on the orthogonal experiment results,the response surface methodology was used to explore the influence of multiple factors on the gasification efficiency,and the optimal process conditions were obtained.The results showed that the influence weight of each factor was as follows:mass ratio of oxygen to coal>the particle diameter of coal>the mass ratio of steam to coal.The optimal process conditions by response surface method were as follows:the mass ratio of oxygen to coal was 0.474,the mass ratio of steam to coal was 0.376 and the particle diameter of coal was 3.055 mm,at that conditions the maximum gasification efficiency was 0.707.
