摘 要:针对刚果(金)某铜钴矿浮选尾矿进行了矿石性质及浸出试验研究,在此基础上进行浸出工艺设计;设计采用两段浸出工艺,并对主要方案和设备选型进行了阐述。生产实践表明,采用两段浸出工艺可以有效地回收矿石中的铜、钴,其浸出率分别达到95%、84%。The ore properties and leaching experiments of a copper and cobalt ore in the Democratic Republic of Congo were studied and the leaching process was designed on this basis.The two-stage leaching process is adopted in the design,and the main scheme and equipment selection are described.The production practice shows that the copper and cobalt in ores can be recovered effectively by two-stage leaching process,and the leaching rates of copper and cobalt are 95%and 84%respectively.
