摘  要:针对某公司60 kt/a粗铅、100 kt/a电锌及渣综合利用工程的冶炼烟气制酸系统在工艺控制上存在的一层入口烟气温度偏高、转化系统未能实现自热平衡、尾气存在偏高等现象,对铅制酸装置进行了相应的转化节能技术研究与应用。实践表明,此次改造优化提高了铅系统烟气的处理量,实现了铅制酸转化系统的自热平衡,正常状态下排放尾气中的SO_(2)质量浓度<200 mg/m^(3),酸雾质量浓度≤20 mg/m^(3),满足国家相关排放标准。In view of the problems in the process control of smelting offgas-based acid making system in a 60 kt/a crude lead,100 kt/a zinc and slag comprehensive utilization project,such as high temperature of inlet gas at the first layer,failure of self-heating balance of the conversion system,high content of tail gas,etc,the paper makes the corresponding study and application of conversion and energy saving technology of lead acid making device.After the project is put into operation,the practice shows that the renovation optimization improves the processing capacity of flue gas of the lead system,realizes the self-heating balance of the lead acid-making conversion system.The SO_(2) mass concentration in the exhaust gas discharged is less than 200 mg/m^(3),acid mist is less than 20 mg/m^(3),meet the relevant national emission standards.
