摘 要:试验研究了枯草芽孢杆菌ANSB01G对采食玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEA)污染日粮仔猪中毒症状的缓解效果。试验选取体重均匀的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶母仔猪40头,分为3个试验组和1个对照组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂正常玉米型日粮,试验组1饲喂正常玉米型日粮+枯草芽孢杆菌ANSB01G 1 kg/t(活菌数为1×10^(9)CFU/g),试验组2饲喂玉米赤霉烯酮污染型日粮(ZEA含量为350μg/kg),试验组3在试验组2的基础上添加1 kg/t的枯草芽孢杆菌ANSB01G。试验时间为28 d,试验结果表明,对照组和各试验组之间平均日增重、平均日采食量及料重比之间均无显著差异(P>0.05);随着饲喂天数增加,试验组2仔猪阴户面积明显高于对照组和试验组1,试验组3在试验组2基础上添加枯草芽孢杆菌ANSB01G后仔猪阴户面积明显小于试验组2,使仔猪外阴肿大得到显著改善;对照组与各试验组间心脏指数、脾脏指数、肝脏指数、肾脏指数均无显著差异,试验组2繁殖器官指数显著高于对照组,试验组3在试验组2基础上添加枯草芽孢杆菌ANSB01G后,繁殖器官指数明显小于试验组2,与对照组无显著差异,使仔猪繁殖器官得到改善;与对照组相比,各试验组之间仔猪血清抗氧化指标MDA含量和SOD、GSH-Px活性及仔猪血清中LH、FSH、PT、Prog、E2水平均没有显著差异(P>0.05),试验组2中PRL水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组3在试验组2基础上添加枯草芽孢杆菌ANSB01G后,可以维持血清PRL水平达到正常对照水平。This research was conducted to study the effect of Bacillus subtilis ANSB01G on postweaning gilts,when exposed to Zearalenone(ZEA).A total of 40 postweaning gilts were randomly allocated to three treatment groups and a control group(10 replicate each group and one pig per replicate).The gilts in each group were fed with one of the four diets,control(normal basal maize diet);treatment group 1(normal basal maize diet mixed with 1 kg/t of Bacillus subtilis ANSB01G),treatment group 2(diet was prepared by substituting corn of basal maize diet which was naturally contaminated by ZEA,The concentrations of ZEA in diet was 350μg/kg);treatment group 3(diet was prepared by mixing the diets of treatment group 2 with 1 kg/t of Ba⁃cillus subtilis ANSB01G).The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the control and the treat⁃ments in ADG,ADFI and FCR(P>0.05),and ZEA in diets significantly increased the vulva size of gilts in group 2 compared with the control group and group 1(P<0.05),and the addition of Bacillus subtilis ANSB01G to diets naturally contaminated by ZEA could ameliorate these symptoms as observed in the group 3.In addition,there was no significant difference in indexes of heart,spleen,liver,kidney and re⁃production organs between the control group and the treatment groups.However,the index of reproduc⁃tion organs of group 2 was higher than that of the control group,while the addition of Bacillus subtilis ANSB01G reduced the index of reproduction organs as observed in the group 3.For the serum indexes,there was no significant difference between groups in MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,LH,FSH,PT,prog and E2(P>0.05),but the level of PRL in group 2 was increased significantly(P<0.05)and the addition of Bacil⁃lus subtilis ANSB01G to diets naturally contaminated by ZEA could make it ruturn to the normal level.
