摘  要:为验证1种驱虫药物在牦牛主要寄生虫疾病防治效果,从青海省乐都县1个乡镇选择经过确诊感染寄生虫病的120头牦牛,按照随机原则,将其划分为4个组别,分别命名为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组和对照组,每组30头,试验的3个组别选择使用埃普利诺菌素注射液治疗,使用剂量分别为0.4、0.5和0.6 mg/kg体重进行驱虫治疗。驱虫结果表明随着药物使用剂量的升高,线虫虫卵转阴率和减少率分别为90.00%、93.00%、100.00%和90.00%、99.09%、100.00%,体表寄生虫防除效果分别为83.33%、93.51%、97.10%,与对照组相比差异性极其显著,患病牛没有出现不良药物反应,表明该驱虫药物安全高效,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。In order to verify the effectiveness of a deworming drug in the prevention and control of major parasitic diseases in yak,120 yaks who were diagnosed with parasitic diseases were selected from a township in Ledu county,Qinghai province,and divided into 4 groups according to the principle of randomization.Named the test group,the test group 2,the test group three and the control group,each group has 30 heads.The three groups of the test choose to use eprinomectin injection,the dosage is 0.4、0.5 and 0.6 mg/kg body weight for deworming treatment.The deworming results showed that with the increase of the drug dosage,the nematode egg conversion rate and reduction rate were 90.00%,93.00%,100.00%and 90.00%,99.09%,100.00%,respectively,and the control effects of surface parasites were respectively 83.33%,93.51%,97.10%,compared with the control group,the difference is extremely significant.In addition,the diseased cattle did not have adverse drug reactions,indicating that the anthelmintic drug is safe and efficient,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
