摘　　要：超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞(TAPB)技术是目前较为有效且具有安全性的神经阻滞方法,能够对患者因腹部手术引起的围术期的各种疼痛起到有效的缓解作用,适用于多种腹部手术的辅助麻醉与镇痛。近几年,TAPB一直是多模式镇痛中的一种有效方式,能够使围术期产生的应激反应减少,麻醉药使用量减少,缩短住院时间,促进患者康复,从而与目前倡导的舒适化医疗相契合。通过文献检索与阅读,笔者在本文中将TAPB的解剖特点、药物选择、临床应用、应用展望等做一综述,以期为临床上TAPB的应用提供参考和依据。Ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block(TAPB)is considered to be an effective and safe method of nerve block,which can effectively relieve the perioperative pain caused by the abdominal surgery and be suitable for supplemental anesthesia and analgesia in a variety of abdominal operations.In recent years,TAPB has been an effective method in multimodal analgesia,which can reduce the stress reaction during the perioperative period,reduce the dose of anesthetics,shorten the length of hospital stay,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,so then it fit with the comfort medical treatment advocated at present.Through literature search and reading,the author reviews the anatomical characteristics,drug selection,clinical application and application prospect of TAPB,in order to provide reference and basis for the clinical application of TAPB.
