摘　　要：目的考评自测健康评定量表(multiple-item self-rated health measurement scale,SRHMS)应用于高血压患者的信度和效度。方法选取1219名高血压患者应用自测健康评定量表进行测试,使用Cronbach′sα系数和分半信度系数分析SRHMS的内部一致性,使用Spearman相关系数分析其内容效度,使用验证性因子分析对SRHMS的结构效度进行分析。结果信度分析结果显示总量表以及三个子量表的Cronbach′sα系数均大于0.8,分半信度系数均大于0.7,说明该量表信度良好。Spearman相关系数结果显示各维度与相应子量表间相关性强,而与其他子量表相关性较弱,量表一阶验证性因子分析和二阶验证性因子分析显示各项因子载荷系数与各项拟合指标均符合标准,说明该量表的内容效度和结构效度良好。结论自测健康评定量表应用于高血压患者具有良好的信效度,能够准确、全面地反映高血压患者的自测健康水平。Objective Evaluation of the reliability and validity of the multiple-item self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMS)for patients with hypertension.Methods 1219 hypertensive patients were selected for testing using the SRHMS,Cronbach′sαcoefficient and split-half reliability coefficient were used to analyze the reliability of SRHMS.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the content validity,and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the structural validity of SRHMS.Results The reliability analysis results show that the Cronbach′sαcoefficients of the total scale and the three subscales were all greater than 0.8,and the split-half reliability coefficients were greater than 0.7,indicating that the scale has good reliability.The Spearman correlation coefficient results show that the correlation between each dimension and the corresponding subscale was strong,but the correlation with other subscales was weak.The first-order confirmatory factor analysis and the second-order confirmatory factor analysis of the scale show that the load coefficient of each factor and each fitting index meet the standard.It shows that the content validity and structural validity of the scale were good.Conclusion The SRHMS has good reliability and validity for hypertension patients,and can accurately and comprehensively reflect the self-assessment health level of hypertension patients.
