摘 要:为了探究淀粉的成孔机理及其添加量对支撑体成品性能的影响,以α-Al_(2)O_(3)为材料,淀粉为造孔剂,采用挤压成型法制备单管式Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷膜支撑体。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、质量损失法及三点弯曲法等方法分别对晶相组成、表面微观形貌、酸碱腐蚀率及抗折强度等物化性能进行表征。结果表明:淀粉添加量越多,抗折强度越小,纯水通量越大。当淀粉添加量为8%时,支撑体平均孔喉半径为1.552μm、孔隙率为32%、纯水通量为5003(L/m^(2)·h·MPa)、抗折强度为37.88 MPa、酸(碱)质量腐蚀为0.64%(0.41%)。In order to explore the pore-forming mechanism of starch and the effect of its added amount on the performance of the support,α-Al_(2)O_(3)was used as raw material,starch was used as pore former,and the single-tube ceramic membrane support was prepared by extrusion molding method.Through X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),mass loss method,three-point bending method,the physical and chemical properties of the flexural strength,porosity,acid-base corrosion rate,crystal phase composition,pure water flux and the microscopic morphology were characterized and analyzed respectively.The research results show that the more starch is added,the smaller the flexural strength becomes,and the greater the pure water flux is.The optimum addition amount of starch is 8%.Under these conditions,the average pore throat radius of the support was 1.552μm,the porosity was 32%,and the pure water flux was 5003(L/m^(2)·h·MPa),the flexural strength was 37.88 MPa,and the acid(base)mass corrosion was 0.64%(0.41%).
